I could list many things that I am thankful for, so I’ll try to keep it short. The obvious bit is friends and family. I am blessed to have such wonderful people in my life. Secondly, I am thankful for this blog and all of the people I have met because of it. Thirdly, I am thankful for my ability to be educated at a great school, which will benefit me in the future. Last but not least, I am thankful for everyone who works hard to make this world a better place.
As far as yesterday’s travels go, I went into the city with Dana to see what we could see. We first went to the Pacific Science Center for the Harry Potter Exhibition. We got to throw quaffles into the quidditch hoops, pull mandrakes from their pots, and sit in Hagrid’s chair. If you aren’t a Harry Potter fan, I probably just sounded crazy. If that’s the case, looks like you have some reading to do. Afterward, we took a few pictures about the area, including the Space Needle. We then went to Pike Place Market to have lunch. We picked up pain au chocolat at Le Panier, then went to actually eat lunch at a place called Lowell’s. The fish and chips were amazing!
Dana wants to go get some hot chocolate, so I have to go now. The conversation went like this:
“You don’t get any hot chocolate now!” – Dana, after I wouldn’t watch her dance to Lady GaGa
“Okay.” – Me
“Let’s go get some hot chocolate!” – Dana
Anyway, here are some pictures.
What did you do for Thanksgiving?
